First interval run and I feel FABULOUS!

Running
Intervals
Short loop
3.20 km
28:00 (8:44/km) Weight: 185

Brisk walk from corner Restigouche Rd North and St. Lawrence Ave to Harold Peterson Middle School. From there continuing up St. Lawrence I ran for four telephone poles and walked for four. Route continues up MacKenzie Avenue to St. John Ave. back to Restigouche N. The intervals took me home perfectly, the last 4 poles were walking and ending about 30 feet from my front step where I did my stretches.....I feel FABULOUS!!

Way to go!! Glad you had a good time on your intervals...you're moving along pretty fast too! keep it up!
