5K easy this morning.

Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

Trying to work my way back into some speed- 10km this morning with 2 x 2km at marathon pace.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

14 km along the very snowy canal - slower than usual for sure! I've been slacking on my long runs - will need to kick it up in the new year to prep for spring races!

An easy 10k on tired legs. It was a beautiful day out - capris, long sleeves, and I was way overdressed!

One hour of indoor, low-impact workout for me today. Outdoor running conditions are atrocious, anyway. Also did some cross training with a snow shovel!
