Just finished 10k easy with some of run club group. Some went out at 8:00 to beat the heat.

these days, 10k would take me 2 hours.

15K in the almost rain this morning. Somehow, it held off for 95% of the run.

10km Road Race. It was a 11.00am start. It was damn hot. The course was really hilly and no shade. I thought I would be under 1 hour but no luck. The good thing there was only 2 in my age category ( 60-69), so I got second.
