Have a great day today, Spirit, (our only American resident, I think).

I hope to get out soon before it really heats up for the day.

5.2km this morning then 2 muscle classes. All before 11am.

Nothing will change if you never choose.

Happy 4th to me. So far, I slept in. Worked on my project. Did 90 minutes of machines and 90 min of running on the tm. Showered and now eating. I am wearing my stars and striped Marathon Maniacs shirt.

America is filled with beautiful people and beautiful scenery. Unfortunately none of these beautiful people are in Congress or the Office of the President.

I'm sore from my 5km run yesterday. That's how out of shape I am.

Good news is my ankle feels fine.
