Made it out of bed SATURDAY
The alarm went off at 4:30 and I got up! Made it to Brummerhop park by 5:45. 3 hours, 14 miles and 40 oz of water, time for a shower.... maybe a little treadmill walking later.

Made it out of bed by 6:15 this morning, had my cup of coffee, then fell back to sleep! Will get my run in later; temps only topping out around 20 today, but we're having heavy thunderstorms and the humidity is very high. Have a great weekend, all you Maniacs!

I was up and at the pool by 7:45 to be a timer for Alberta Special Olympics. It was a long day, I'm beat and it's a repeat for tomorrow! Rest day today and probably tomorrow.

Re: Made it out of bed SATURDAY
I managed 8K earlier this evening on the trails. I was out fishing all morning and figured I should at least try and get a run in afterwards. I think I'm going to sleep well tonight!
