Hey! Where is everybody this week?

Postby KaTyBrown » Wed Jul 12, 2006 2:42 pm

It is Wednesday pm and no one has been around here since Sunday

What is everyone doing? Hiding? not walking your 'cross-training' ??huh??

I did my 6.4km this am at 6:45am in 58:48mins - ended up at McD's for toast and coffee with the man of the house. It is hot, muggy outside here in Mtl. and now rainy too....I could be faster but too hot to push..

Come on, folks! let me know what you are doing?

Not doing a whole lot of walking... Just to and from work. I have a cold, so I haven't headed out for much of a walk. Hopefully this weekend.

Glad to hear you had a nice walk this morning!

I fogort we have a walking forum!!! I have been walking since my attempt to run on Thursday...
Last night for an hour, the night before for an hour...
Tonight I may have to lay low. My knee is aching and I have done nothing but sit at the computer most of the day. :?

Hope you are icing your knee and taking AdvilTake it easy with your knees - you runners need them and you can't get replacements at Sears :)

Life seems to have gotten in the way the past couple of weeks so not much action in the walking department. I did have a great walk on Monday though.

Today we had a SPA day (gift certificate from Christmas) :D

Tomorrow there will be lots of walking but I'll be either pushing a stroller or pulling a wagon. I am sure running will be involved as there will be 5 little ones ages 4 and under  The plan is to picnic at the park and play in the water fountains. It is supposed to be hot and humid. Let's hope the weather man doesn't let us down.
