And we're back...

Postby JoaniB » Tue Mar 13, 2012 4:19 pm

So I wimped out of the admittedly-amazing Edmonton winter, and did all of my running inside. "What?" I can hear you say, shockedly, "Edmonton had a snowless winter of, on average, -5c weather, and you ran inSIDE?"

And yes, yes I did. And I won't regret it until next year when the weather really is -25c for December, January, and most of February, and I'll think, 'Gosh, I wish it was warm so I could run outside.'

Anyways, all this to say that I have returned to the outdoor run, triumphantly putting in 30 minutes on Friday, 9k on Sunday, and some more tonight.

I'm happy to be back here and having something to write about. Those treadmills at the gym are only 20 minutes use!

I only ran outside twice this winter. We both still ran. Yay us!

Welcome back.
